COVID 19 SAFETY GUIDELINES
Whilst the Government has relaxed its Covid measures it is quite clear that the Virus is still with us and will be for some time, at Pretty Maid House B&B it is still very important to keep our Customers, Staff and Family safe.
Therefore, with this in mind, we are asking our guests to help us continue taking all reasonable precautions and respect other peoples space and preferences at all times.
***IMPORTANT ***
- On July 19th all adults in the UK will have been offered at least their first dose of the Covid Vaccine. We must ask that you and your party have had at least one Covid-19 jab or have a medical exemption for not having one, otherwise we must regretfully ask you not to book with us. (This reason will not be subject to the usual cancellation fee). Under 18’s are clearly exempt from the above.
- If you are feeling unwell or have had fever, cough and flu like symptoms and change in taste and smell in the past 7 days (or live with someone who has) and/or sickness and diarrhoea within the last 24 hours, please postpone or cancel your reservation. (This reason will not be subject to the usual cancellation fee).
- Hand sanitiser stations have been placed outside the front door and at the top of the stairs, please use them before entering the house and before descending the stairs. Please observe social distancing and maintain a safe distance from your fellow guests.
- Upon arrival you will be directed to your room, the key will be in the door, a breakfast menu is available, please let us know your choices and time for the morning.
- Upon departure your bill will be charged electronically to the card used to guarantee the room, unless agreed otherwise, and your bill emailed directly to the address provided.
- Due to COVID 19 considerations Latest Check Out will be 10.30am and Earliest Check In will be 4pm (6pm Sunday) to allow good time for deep cleaning.
We do hope you understand that we are doing our utmost to provide you with a safe and pleasant environment, whilst not compromising your comfort and enjoyment.
